For anyone interested, this is my current thinking, as O compile this site:

Quantum physics can be scary, but what I find useful to know is that everything we can see, hear of feel is just a combination of vibrations, all at different wavelengths and densities. Reality is constructed and reconstructed as quickly as we can have thoughts.

Altering the wavelength of light changes its colour, or makes it so changed that it becomes invisible to the human eye – infra-red or ultra-violet. Soundwaves similarly change their pitch according to their wavelength, and become ultra-sonic or infra-sonic. They are both forms of energy, just as matter is, hence the energy released by burning wood or a nuclear reaction. We, ourselves are matter – we are energy, we have wavelengths as a basic building block of our humanity. So what happens if we change our wavelength?

There are small changes in wavelenght – skin hardens or softens, muscles tense or relax, Hair goes grey with age or bleaches in sunshine. There are larger, more encompaasing changes – we go through puberty, we change our opinions, we become wiser perhaps, and we age at varying rates in varying ways. Finally, we ‘shuffle off this mortal coil’, as Hamlet put it. But do we actually go anywhere?

My belief is that we simple withdraw from this dense world by changing our wavelenth – losing our lower vibations if you like. We, as people, are no longer experienced by sight, hearing or touch, but the physical body gets recycled. However, our core energy, call it soul or spirit or immortal casciousness, or many othr names in different cultures, is still around, still active, and still to some degree, cable of vibration shifts.

There are many different ‘truths’ around this, and that is only right – if everyone went through the same after death experience, that would be very strange indeed. So much of what we read and the videos we see is quite possibly true, even if these accounts seem, on the face of it, to contradict each other. The one thing that I do believe is constant is that some 30 to 40 percent of us in our spirit form takes on the heavier mantle of a physical body and lives a ‘life’ of both delight and challenge, learning as we go, and with promptings form the 60 or 70 percent that is unmanifested – our higher selves.

Your beliefs may, and probably will differ. I believe there is no right answer, but some beliefs are more credible than others and some beliefs serve us better than others. Those are what I try to seek out and adopt.

The pure joy for me in all this is that it reconciles my long-held conflicts between physics, spirituality, and real, observed phenomena in the world. For example, I have seen a normal-lokking person morph their whole appearnace – face, posture, voice, the whole being, when being (quite willingly) taken over by a doctor from the 19th century who proceeded to lead some healing for individuals in the room. This was unexpected and took almost everyone in the group by surprise. So, if we let our imaginations loose for just a few minutes, What puzzles does Pantheism offer new ways of considering:

  • People experiencing ghosts
  • Clairvoyant capabilities
  • Intuitions
  • Mediums recieving messages
  • Channeling by off-world entities
  • Synchronicities
  • Past life recall under hypnosis
  • Deja Vu experiences
  • Astral travel at will

All these phenomena are regularly reported and documented, with varying degrees of proof and varying credibility depending on who is doing the judging. Can it really be that using the Pantheist model of the world, we suddenly have answers and can start to bring all these events into the mainstream accepted reality?
